Position Responsibilities: The Maintenance Supervisor maintains preventive and predictive maintenance programs, failure and root cause analysis A responsibility of the Maintenance Supervisor is to maintain safe work environment, host safety meetings, ensure safety compliance shop safety inspections, and enforce lock‑out/tag‑out program This role will ensure equipment and plant is maintained by the Maintenance Supervisor and operating at company standards Additionally, you will ensure service calls and machinery repairs, in a compliant stockroom, are completed in a timely manner as well as support mechanics with machine troubleshooting Other projects or duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree with 3 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma or Technical School Certification and 6 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience: Electrical Certification, Vocational Certification or Bachelor’s Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well‑being of our employees.
