Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Duration: 12 Months Contract + Possibility of Extension/FTE Location: Columbus, IN 47201 Pay Rate: $30.00 - $31.11 hourly JOB SUMMARY: Hybrid position - Mostly remote, but there are days where onsite work is required. Required Skills Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. 2 – 5 years of experience in project management, program management, operations, learning/program delivery, or a related field. Demonstrated experience independently managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, deadlines, and competing priorities. Strong project management skills, including planning, task and dependency management, risk and issue management, action tracking, and stakeholder accountability. Strong financial and operational acumen, including experience with budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, procurement, expense management, or cost tracking. Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting global learning, technical capability, talent development, or enterprise development programs. Experience with financial systems, procurement processes, purchase orders, invoicing, and internal cost recovery. Project management certification or formal project management training.
