Project ManagerHot JobJob OverviewAs a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects that align with our company's goals and improve our services to members and healthcare providers.Key ResponsibilitiesLead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budgetDefine project charter and develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgetsIdentify and manage project risks and issuesDelegate tasks, responsibilities and target dates for projectsIdentify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project and project teamFacilitate communication between stakeholders, team members, and leadershipCoordinate and facilitate meetings, create meeting agendas and meeting notesEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policiesMonitor project progress and make adjustments as neededPrepare and present project status reports to leadershipPartner with leadership and Operations Analyst to identify and pursue Six Sigma/Rapid Process Improvement projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare or insurancePMP certification preferredStrong understanding of healthcare industry trends and regulations, including ERISA, IDOI, DOL and other governmental regulationsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsSix Sigma/Lean Sigma background a plusBenefitsCompetitive salaryComprehensive health insurance401(k) with company matchProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible work arrangementsSIHO is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
