Senior Marketing Manager, Strategic Customers (West)

Becton Dickinson seeks a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth with strategic enterprise healthcare customers across the West region. This field-based role combines account-based marketing expertise with sales partnership to expand relationships within integrated delivery networks and health systems.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account-based marketing strategies for priority enterprise customers with sales leaders
- Design and activate targeted campaigns aligned to complex buying committees and executive stakeholders
- Support executive briefings, customer workshops, and industry events to strengthen partnerships
- Collaborate with product marketing and digital teams to align messaging and measure ABM impact
- Capture customer insights and growth successes to inform enterprise expansion strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in science, business, or related discipline
- 7+ years marketing, sales, or customer-facing commercial experience in healthcare
- B2B experience partnering with large health systems, IDNs, and GPOs
- Demonstrated ability to support enterprise sales processes and complex buyer journey mapping
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and executive presence
- Willingness to work on-site minimum 4 days weekly with 35% travel
- MBA or advanced degree preferred; ABM platform and marketing automation experience preferred
