Inventory Control Assoc Analyst

Zimmer Biomet seeks an Inventory Control Associate Analyst to manage field and distributor inventory operations in Tampa, Florida. The role involves monitoring inventory levels, investigating variances, reconciling reports, and coordinating product returns while ensuring compliance with FDA and ISO standards.

Responsibilities

• Investigate inventory variances and identify root causes across departments
• Review, reconcile, and report on missing or late inventory on daily basis
• Research and process disputed inventory dispositions in timely manner
• Facilitate expired product returns and exchanges between warehouse and field
• Generate weekly and monthly reports plus ad-hoc reporting as needed

Requirements

• 2+ years inventory control or related experience
• Medical device industry experience preferred
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to lift and stack boxes up to 50 lbs
• Demonstrated attention to detail and organizational skills
