Job Summary The Bus Operator Supervisor is responsible for managing the Bus Operators who are delivering employee shuttle passengers to assigned airport area in accordance with passenger specifications. Job Duties Supervisors a team of agents. Responsible for shift schedule to include workstation assignments, employee training, employee vacations, employee breaks, overtime assignment, back-up for absent employees, and shift rotations. Communicate with the manager concerning any problems or issues. Schedules and conducts shift meetings. Assists in the administration of payroll; completes shift paperwork and performs other administrative functions. Monitors and enforces safe working conditions in accordance with regulatory requirements, Unifi policies and safety procedures, and all applicable laws. Promotes and adheres to policies concerning Safety, Anti-Harassment, and Equal Employment Opportunity. Assigns drivers to specific vehicles and corresponding routes. Consolidates all paperwork from the operators and completes a check off list. Work with operators and assuring that they complete all required paperwork and driver inspection reports. Completes the daily shift report including fuel replenishment amounts, vehicle issues, driver-job assignments, tabulation of passenger log sheets, and completion of universal worksheet. Coordinates with clients in performing additional operation activities regarding passenger/crew movement from a remote area to the terminal. Driver routes fill in when necessary. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position. Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent education. Must be at least 18 years of age. Possess a valid Driving License. Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements. Preferred Qualifications One year of relevant work experience in the bussing/shuttle industry. Possess a Valid TN CDL A or B with a P endorsement. Physical Requirements Must be able to constantly lift, move up to 70 lbs, push, pull; and constantly walk, stand, reach above shoulder, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, grasp outwards and bend. Working Conditions Must be able to work rotating shifts and hours, nights, weekends and holidays, overtime. Must be able and open to work in outside weather conditions which may include severe seasonal elements.
