Maintenance Technician - 3rd Shift (11:00pm-7:30am)$30-$35/HR + Overtime Available

We are hiring experienced Maintenance Technicians to join a growing manufacturing operation. This is a hands-on role responsible for keeping production equipment running through troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment improvements. Job Duties

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment.
• Perform preventive and emergency maintenance on machinery.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Replace motors, bearings, gearboxes, sensors, and other machine components.
• Troubleshoot drives, controls, and automated equipment.
• Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Perform welding and light fabrication as needed.
• Complete maintenance work orders using a computerized maintenance system.
• Order and track replacement parts when necessary.
• Work closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability.
• Follow all safety procedures while working around industrial machinery.

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting experience, including 480V systems.
• Experience working with motors, controls, sensors, and automated equipment.
• Mechanical troubleshooting experience with conveyors, gearboxes, bearings, and machinery.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

This is a Permanent position based out of Valparaiso, IN.

The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Valparaiso,IN.

This position is anticipated to close on Aug 31, 2026.
