Key Responsibilities:Collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee our dedicated team and manage facilities, ensuring an exceptional experience for our valued members and guests.Conduct regular facility inspections, promptly address repair needs, and provide comprehensive reports.Lead, train, and guide staff in their daily tasks to uphold service excellence.Undertake various administrative duties to bolster our success in the fitness industry. A qualified candidate should have a proven track record in effective facilities and personnel management, demonstrate a history of delivering outstanding customer service and elevating member and guest experiences.
