Position Overview

This position is for a Medsurg Unit that also encompasses a Swing Bed Program and provides care for patients requiring a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) level of assistance. Our focus is on delivering high-quality, personalized patient care while maintaining balanced nursing assignments based on workload and patient care levels.

Shift Details

The shift is scheduled from 7 PM to 7 AM, with expectations of working every other holiday and every other weekend. There is no on-call requirement associated with this position.

Patient Ratios

• Medsurg: 1 Nurse to 5 Patients
• Swing Bed: 1 Nurse to 5-6 Patients
• PCU: 1 Nurse to 3-4 Patients (dependent on whether the patient is on a drip)
