Summary Job Description Baptist Health Medical Oncology - LaGrange Infusion Pharmacy Services Southern Indiana/Louisville/LaGrange area Pharmacist PRN Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and performing all pharmacy operations in accordance with accredited hospital policies and procedures, ethical and professional practices, The ACHC, and State and Federal requirements. Requirements Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy with Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
