Creditor's Rights Paralegal Full Time Boca Raton, FL, US A busy fast‑paced law firm focused on consumer and commercial debt recovery activities, located in Boca Raton, Florida, looking for an upbeat and competent Paralegal to perform various legal and administrative tasks to support our office. Responsibilities: Prepare legal documents and business communications as needed, including but not limited to drafting of releases, motions and notices. Filling of pleadings in the Florida E‑portal. Submission of orders/judgments/required documentation to judges. Communicate effectively with internal employees, attorneys, courts and clients. Maintain firm and client database. Adherence to prescribed procedures set forth by the firm, client and courts. Qualifications: Experience in creditor and court platforms is a plus. Demonstrate an ability to successfully manage competing priorities, with experience creating systems to stay organized. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and multitask, while maintaining a positive attitude.
