• 1 year of experience
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills preferred
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume warehouse environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and on a team
• Flexible schedule and adaptability to changing business needs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks in a warehouse setting

Key Responsibilities

• Verify inbound receiving documents and maintain accurate inventory records
• Support order management, fill-rate analysis, and store issue resolution
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies between physical counts and system data
• Monitor products approaching expiration and maintain inventory accuracy
• Communicate inventory updates and distribution information across departments
• Work within multiple warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Assist with audits, warehouse walkthroughs, and regulatory compliance visits
• Support item setup and data accuracy including UPCs, product costs, and product information
• Prepare inventory reports and operational analysis for leadership teams
• Build strong working relationships with purchasing, planning, warehouse, and store operations teams
