Maintenance Supervisor (#35153)

Be among the first 25 applicants An international manufacturing company in the San Antonio, TX area is now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their facility. The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience within a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: Supervise preventative maintenance activities Perform maintenance of both electrical and mechanical systems, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and repair of machinery Assess machinery to determine maintenance needs and plan appropriate maintenance procedures Oversee team of Maintenance Technicians Plan schedules for work orders and assign technicians for maintenance Maintain labor and budgets for maintenance department Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field 5 years of experience in manufacturing and maintenance (automotive is a plus) 3 years of department leadership experience Proven experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and equipment Expertise in PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers) with proficiency in software creation (ex.
