This is a great opportunity for caregivers looking for consistent part-time hours, a supportive team environment, and the chance to make a meaningful difference in someone's life.Available ShiftsLOCATION: BereaMorning Shifts• 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM• Needed: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and every other SundayEvening Shifts• 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM• Needed: Friday, Saturday, and every other SundayPay & Benefits• $16–$21 per hour• Weekly pay• Referral and performance bonuses• Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance• Paid Time Off• Birthday Leave• Paid Training• Career Advancement Opportunities• Employee Discounts and Wellness Perks• Supportive Team with RN OversightResponsibilities • Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)• Assist with mobility and transfers• Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders• Perform light housekeeping and laundry• Provide companionship and emotional support• Observe and report changes in client condition• Follow the client's individualized plan of careRequirements• High School Diploma or GED• At least one year of caregiving or direct care experience preferred• HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred• Current CPR certification• Negative TB test or chest X-ray• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentialityWhy BrightStar Care?At BrightStar Care, we believe our caregivers deserve the same level of care and respect as our clients.
