A high-level HR leadership role backing a large manufacturing facility. This position acts as the lead HR authority for the site, working closely with executive leaders to shape business direction, manage employee relations, and enhance organizational performance across a multi-shift operation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Serve as a strategic HR partner to executive leadership, including the President and senior staff
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with plant and overall business goals
• Maintain a visible presence on the production floor, fostering strong relationships with both management and employees
• Oversee employee relations, ensuring concerns are handled proactively and efficiently
• Guide, coach, and grow the HR team
• Collaborate with Legal and Global HR on compliance matters, policies, and wider initiatives
• Assist with workforce planning and organizational structure to support plant growth
• Facilitate town halls and internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged
• Create and execute initiatives that strengthen culture, accountability, and employee involvement
• Work alongside teams on compensation, benefits, talent development, and performance management efforts
• Establish connections with community representatives and external partners
• Take part in key committees focused on benefits and organizational programs

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree required (HR, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, or a related field preferred; Master’s is a plus)
• 10+ years of advancing HR experience, including leadership positions within a manufacturing setting
• Deep expertise in employee relations and labor strategy
• Experience managing large, hourly employee populations in a plant environment
• Demonstrated success partnering with executive teams and influencing business decisions
• Practical, hands-on leadership approach with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically
• In-depth understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and leadership capabilities
