Duration: 6+ mos.
Seeking a highly skilled Automation Test Engineer with 8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering.
The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Playwright, Java, JavaScript, Selenium, and API Automation, with a strong background in designing and building scalable automation frameworks from the ground up.
This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently lead UI automation initiatives, establish best practices, and drive quality across the software development lifecycle.
The selected candidate will have a Bachelor8+'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Job Description:
Design, develop, and maintain robust UI automation frameworks using Playwright.
Create and execute automated test scripts using Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Build automation frameworks from scratch and define automation standards, processes, and best practices.
Develop and maintain automated regression, functional, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
Perform API automation testing and validation to ensure service reliability and quality.
Utilize Selenium, BDD, and Cucumber methodologies where applicable.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Analyze test results, identify defects, and support root cause analysis.
Continuously improve automation efficiency, test coverage, and execution performance.
Mentor team members on automation best practices and framework development. What are the top 3 skills required for this role?
