Job Summary This RN position provides general nursing care to patients and families across diverse healthcare settings, collaborating with the care team and adhering to Ohio Board of Nursing standards. Responsibilities Performing assessments and diagnosing health status (30%) Planning and documenting nursing interventions to meet patient needs (30%) Implementing and evaluating care, adjusting plans as needed (20%) Participating in process improvements to enhance quality, satisfaction, and performance (10%) Supporting safety, quality, and efficiency as a High Reliability Organization (10%) Qualifications Associate's Degree, RN license, BLS certification, and CPR.
