About the Role
The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Account Management in National Corporate Partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the national corporate account management portfolio, with a focus on retaining, deepening, and expanding existing corporate partnerships. This role involves setting the vision, strategy, and stewardship approach to keep key corporate partners engaged with the company's mission. The Managing Director will also personally manage a portfolio of significant partners and is expected to have a strong background in corporate philanthropy, social responsibility, or partnerships, with a proven track record of senior-level relationship management. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree, with a preference for those holding advanced degrees or certifications in fundraising. A minimum of 7 years' experience in fundraising, partnership management, or account management is required, along with a deep commitment to the company's mission and values. The role demands a candidate with exceptional communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple complex partnerships. Experience in the education sector or mission-driven nonprofit fundraising is a plus. The ideal candidate will be adept at using emerging technologies, including AI tools, and will be responsible for exploring and applying these technologies to enhance partner stewardship and portfolio management.
