Global Veterinary Careers is supporting the launch of a brand-new College of Veterinary Medicine, seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor specialising in Veterinary Microbiology and Infectious Diseases. This is a unique opportunity to join at the ground level of an innovative veterinary programme, helping to design and deliver a modern, student-focused curriculum built around real-world clinical relevance. You will play a key role in shaping both the educational experience and the future direction of veterinary training. The Role

• Deliver lectures within microbiology-focused courses including bacteriology and mycology • Facilitate small group teaching and student engagement sessions • Contribute to curriculum development, learning outcomes, and assessment design • Develop and review examination materials in line with academic standards • Mentor and support DVM and graduate students • Participate in departmental and university committees Research & Academic Focus

• Conduct independent and collaborative research in Veterinary Microbiology and Infectious Diseases • Support student involvement in research projects • Contribute to key focus areas including One Health, Zoonotic Diseases, Public Health, Wildlife & Conservation Medicine, and Climate Change • Collaborate across departments to enhance research output and interdisciplinary learning • Assist in the development of continuing education and extension programmes The Institution
