Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals. Evaluate and recommend technologies, platforms, and vendor products for project implementation. Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Manage local change initiatives requiring transformation expertise and specialized skills. Minimum Qualifications and Skills 3+ years of experience in technical program management, leading complex technology projects in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience managing projects through their lifecycle, influencing decision-makers, and adapting to evolving business needs. Technical fluency with current platforms, tools, and technologies. Proven stakeholder management skills and ability to build productive relationships. Preferred Qualifications and Skills 3+ years supporting Culture & Change management initiatives.
