You will play a key role in shaping the content strategy, executing ideas, and ensuring consistent brand excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategies aligned with brand growth goalsGenerate creative concepts based on trends, audience insights, and platform performanceWrite compelling scripts and content outlines for short-form and long-form videoCapture high-quality video content in-office, on-site, and during travel when requiredEdit professional-level video content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube ShortsManage and maintain content calendars and posting schedulesPublish content and support day-to-day social media managementEnsure consistent brand voice, tone, and quality across all contentCollaborate closely with the CEO to translate ideas into engaging, high-performing contentProven experience shooting and editing video content (portfolio required)Hands-on experience managing and publishing content across social media platformsStrong understanding of social media trends, storytelling, and audience engagement strategiesAbility to independently develop creative concepts and scriptsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPlease note: Applicants must meet all of the above requirements to be considered.??
