They are seeking a Group Benefits Specialistfor their office located in Rolling Meadows, IL. Job Description Customer service representative with focus on Large Group Life and Health Insurance. Works with Group Health account manager assisting on cases. Ability to market group clients health insurance accounts for new and existing clientele Provide spreadsheet for account manager for new and renewal business quotes Prepare and send new enrollment packages to clients Submit new group enrollments to insurance companies Follow-up application process to assure it is moving forward Submit group applications to insurance carriers and follow up with membership Update EPIC/Tam System On line enrollments and COBRA administration Miscellaneous administrative duties for producer Qualifications Illinois Life and Health license required Minimum three years Group Benefits experience Good communication and Customer Service skills Ability to multi task and handle a large volume of items simultaneously Good organizational skills, with high attention to detail Ability to prioritize and work independently Able to work in a team environment Group Insurance Coverage knowledge Proficient in Word and Excel Epic/TAM (The Agency Manager) knowledge preferred but will train Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines. #J-18808-Ljbffr RAZR Recruiting + Consulting
