Let’s work together to build a better future. Duties and Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance checks to prevent equipment downtime, keeping our operations running smoothly. Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of diesel and non-diesel equipment, ensuring optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems, fostering a culture of shared knowledge and support. Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to enhance repair efficiency and accuracy. Maintain detailed records of all repairs and maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, prioritizing the well‑being of yourself and your colleagues. Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on the latest industry advancements and techniques, fueling your professional growth. Minimum Qualifications 3 years of experience as a technician working on heavy-duty trucks. Ability to perform inspections and repairs without supervision in some (not all required) of the following: heavy truck or automotive systems, suspensions, steering, general engine, transmissions, brakes, electrical, hydraulics, drive train, and diesel emissions. ASE Heavy Truck Certifications (T1‑T8) are a plus but not required. LNG and/or CNG experience is a plus, but not required. Who doesn't like to get paid weekly? We like it so we provide weekly pay!
