About the Role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities. You will also communicate effectively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive and individualized care.
