We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team! As a key player in our organization, you will provide essential clerical and data entry support across various departments.

What You'll Be Doing:

Performing high-volume data entry with lightning speed and pinpoint accuracy
Maintaining and updating electronic records and databases like a pro
Reviewing documents with a keen eye for completeness and precision before diving into data entry
Assisting with general clerical and administrative tasks with a smile
Supporting exciting departmental projects that will keep you on your toes
Utilizing your ninja skills in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel, to keep things organized
Ensuring the utmost confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive data

What You'll Bring:

Must haves:

Strong working knowledge of computers and office software
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Typing speed of 60 WPM or higher with excellent accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

A plus:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP, or related ERP/accounting software
Previous data entry, clerical, administrative and/or accounting support experience
Knowledge of plant material
