Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Demonstrated school-based Speech-Language Pathology experience
• Proficient with middle and high school caseloads
• Comfortable working within an urban district and open to adapting to the unique needs of the community
• Able to complete all required Pennsylvania clearances
• Must have reliable transportation to the onsite location
• Available for the full-time schedule (35 hours per week; must be able to work between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM without accommodations)
• Prior experience managing general SLP duties within a school environment
• Confident with onsite work—remote options are not available, as all virtual needs have been met

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech-language services for a designated caseload of students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEPs
• Conduct assessments, monitor progress, and maintain accurate documentation
• Support students’ academic, social, and communication growth within the school setting
