As the first point of contact for our customers, the Intake Coordinator must consistently demonstrate a positive, empathetic attitude and professional demeanor. Identifying potential job opportunities. Data entry: Accurately inputting and managing information in our systems. Committed to excellent customer service: Demonstrating dedication to delivering exceptional service during our customers' time of need. Internal communications and follow-up: Effectively coordinating with team members and customers and follow-up on essential tasks. Detail oriented: Paying close attention to detail to maintain accurate records and communications. Multi-tasking capabilities: Efficiently handling multiple tasks and responsibilities. Support to team throughout divisions: Assisting various departments within the company as needed. Shows initiative: Being proactive and resourceful in addressing challenges. Positive attitude: Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.5+ years of customer service experience. 2+ years of comprehensive computer skills, Microsoft office and outlook. 5+ year of data entry experience. 1+ year of high-volume phone experience. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday: 9 am - 5 pm; Tuesday: 8 am - 5 pm.Leadership development - our company grows from the inside.
