Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Barista to join our team. Job Overview As a Barista, you will prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, provide product information to customers, process payments, serve prepared foods and baked goods, and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve coffee, blended coffee, tea, and other beverages. Customize orders accurately as requested by customers. Describe product details and make recommendations to customers. Process customer payments and handle cash accurately. Serve prepared foods and baked goods such as sandwiches, biscotti, muffins, and bagels. Maintain station inventory, stocking paper products and beverage preparation items. Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas. Clean and sanitize service and seating areas. Check and ensure proper functioning of freezers, refrigerators, and heating equipment by monitoring temperatures. Stock supplies or retail products; inventory, order, and receive products as directed. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience Minimum of high school education preferred. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Team player. Ability to multi‑task. Effective verbal communication skills. Ability to exceed expectations of guests and team members. Operating equipment such as cash registers and calculators. Basic math skills for making change and issuing refunds. Flexibility to work a variety of hours and shifts. Compensation
