Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Redwood City, California

Key Qualifications & Experience: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility School-based SLP experience preferred; pediatric and healthcare backgrounds highly valued Confident in telepractice platforms and technology, able to deliver virtual services effectively Strong knowledge of IEP processes and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Commitment to inclusive, evidence-based practices supporting diverse student needs Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct speech-language therapy services to K-12 students, both onsite and virtually Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation according to school guidelines Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to promote student success Attend team meetings and participate in professional development as needed Potential to work itinerantly, serving multiple schools throughout the district Benefits & Perks: Enjoy the flexibility of a contract role that allows for personal and professional balance, with the chance to make a lasting difference in the lives of children.
