Job Description AECOM is seeking a candidate for the position of Project Manager III in Ausin, TX. * Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following: * Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR, * Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR, * Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc. * Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out). * Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals. * Manages other Project Managers. * Works closely with the Owner through the pre-construction phase. * Works with the Owner to prepare the RFQ documents. * Participates in confidential meetings and conceptual proposal reviews. * Participates in the proposal review process and interviews. * Assists with the review and scoring of potential Progressive DB teams. * Assists in the selection of the most qualified Progressive Design Build Entity. * o Works with the Owner and DBE to develop the program and design criteria while staying within budget and schedule. * Verifies the budget and schedule for the design-build phase of the project Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: * BA/BS plus + 4 Years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior bond management experience. Additional Information * Sponsorship is not available for this role. * Relocation is not available.
