HealthCare Support is seeking an Associate Director, PBM Clinical Services to be part of an Enterprise Health Technology companygiving health plans a better way to manage pharmacy and medical benefit administration!

Compensation

• $163K - $190K annually (depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

• Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days remote in New York, NY!

Daily Responsibilities

• This leadership role is responsible for guiding and developing a team of Clinical Account Consultants while ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical consulting services and client support. The position provides oversight of clinical analyses, strategic recommendations, presentations, and client interactions, while managing onboarding, training, performance, and workload prioritization across the team

Qualifications

• PharmD degree from an accredited institution.
• Active pharmacist license, or ability to obtain/maintain licensure as required.
• 6+ years of experience in PBM, managed care, or health plan environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects, mentoring others, or managing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of formulary management, utilization management, specialty pharmacy, and pharmacy trend analysis.
• Experience translating complex clinical and claims data into actionable recommendations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. xhyhwjd
