Regional Operations Manager

Lead the Midwest. Build Something Bigger. Aurum Construction, the self-perform structural concrete division of Goldenrod Companies, is looking for a Concrete Operations Manager to lead and grow our Midwest operations. This isn’t a traditional operations role. We’re looking for a leader who can oversee multiple projects, mentor teams, drive operational excellence, and help scale a rapidly growing structural concrete business. What You’ll Do Provide operational oversight for structural concrete projects across the Midwest. Lead and mentor Superintendents, Project Managers, and field leadership. Drive project execution, safety, quality, scheduling, and financial performance. Partner with executive leadership on staffing, operational strategy, and business growth. Improve processes and build scalable systems as the company continues to expand. Foster strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience leading commercial structural concrete operations. Background in cast-in-place concrete, foundations, podiums, parking structures, industrial, mid-rise, high-rise, or tilt-wall construction. Proven success managing multiple projects and developing high-performing teams. Strong leadership, communication, and operational planning skills.
