Practice Operations Manager

Role Overview Manage daily clinical operations, staff supervision, performance improvement, compliance, and financial aspects of a healthcare clinic. Develop and enforce policies, ensure regulatory adherence, and maintain quality outcomes. Act as a liaison for patients, physicians, and staff, handling complaints and fostering strong relationships. Responsible for staffing, onboarding, evaluations, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field; minimum of three years healthcare experience; two years supervising staff; knowledge of accreditation, compliance, and basic finance. Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, delegation, and communication skills required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to travel between locations. BLS certification preferred. Key Responsibilities Oversee clinical staff and daily clinic operations. Develop performance goals and conduct staff evaluations. Manage patient and provider relationships, addressing complaints promptly. Ensure regulatory and safety standards compliance. Lead process improvements for clinic efficiency. Handle financial management, including purchasing and expenses. Prioritize tasks and allocate resources effectively.
