Its Omaha, NE location plays a key role in serving regional customers and supporting operational efficiency. Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Omaha, NE. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse and production operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and coordination of metal processing services such as cutting, forming, and material handling. The Operations Manager will monitor workflows to ensure safety, quality, and timely order fulfillment, while optimizing resources, equipment utilization, and staffing levels. The role includes supervising and developing team members, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating with sales, logistics, and corporate leadership to meet customer requirements and operational goals. The Operations Manager will also help maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Candidates should possess skills in operations management, warehouse supervision, and production planning. Candidates should possess skills in inventory control, logistics coordination, and just-in-time delivery support. Candidates should possess skills in team leadership, performance coaching, and cross-functional collaboration. Candidates should possess skills in safety management, quality assurance, and process improvement. Candidates should possess skills in data analysis, reporting, and use of ERP or inventory management systems. Candidates should ideally have experience in metals, manufacturing, or industrial distribution environments. Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions under time constraints. Candidates should generally have an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
