Position: RRT or CRT (Adult & NICU)

Location: Columbia, MD

Setting: Hospital - Level I Trauma

Additional Coverage: ICU, NICU, Pediatric ER, Adult ER

Duration: 13-weeks

Compensation 

Local Pay Rate: $56/hr

Travel Package: $2,302/week

*Must reside over 50 miles away to qualify for travel package*

Position Details

Schedule: 

• 3x12s, nights; 7p - 7a

Key Responsibilities 

• Provide respiratory care treatments across adult, NICU, and pediatric patients
• Manage ventilators and airway support (CPAP/BiPAP, oxygen therapy)
• Perform arterial blood gases (ABGs) and monitor patient response
• Support critical care units, emergency departments, and NICU
• Administer aerosolized medications, chest physiotherapy (CPT)

Requirements

• RRT or CRT
• BLS (AHA) required; ACLS preferred
• Active MD State License
• Minimum 2 years experience, including critical care
• NICU experience
