RCM Account Representative
Virtual Vocations Inc
A company is looking for a RCM Account Representative to manage insurance operations for Optometry providers. Key Responsibilities Provide customer support via phone, email, and GoToMeeting for RCM customers Monitor customer accounts to identify revenue trends and proactively engage clients with solutions Work on clearinghouse rejections and aging reports to ensure maximum reimbursement for claims Required Qualifications Minimum of three years' experience in customer service and medical & vision insurance billing in an optometry setting Knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Optometry CPT codes Ability to work a full 8-hour day within specified hours, Monday through Friday Stable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office environment Strong knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite of products
