Role Kitchen Manager responsible for overseeing culinary operations, team development, safety, and client relations. Responsibilities Train and supervise kitchen staff manage food inventory develop and standardize recipes establish presentation and quality standards plan and price menus ensure equipment maintenance oversee sanitation and safety protocols May also coordinate catering events and demonstrate culinary techniques. Qualifications 2-3 years of related experience and education or equivalent; culinary degree preferred. Must have advanced knowledge of food principles, management skills, and strong communication abilities.
