About the Role:
First Choice Heating and Cooling is looking for an experienced and driven HVAC Service Manager to lead our service team in Gallipolis, OH. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and coordination of HVAC service technicians
• Manage residential and commercial HVAC service calls, maintenance agreements, and repair workflows
• Mentor, train, and evaluate service technicians to ensure quality workmanship and safety compliance
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex HVAC diagnostics, troubleshooting, and customer concerns
• Monitor inventory, order parts and equipment, and manage vendor relationships
• Track key performance metrics including call completion rates, customer satisfaction, and technician productivity
• Ensure all work meets local codes, EPA regulations, and company standards

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on HVAC service experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role
• EPA 608 Certification required
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of service technicians
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Proficiency with service management software and scheduling tools
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
