Perform routine maintenance checks and adjustments on various systems and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and effective problem-solving. Document service activities and maintain comprehensive records of work performed. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients’ needs and concerns are addressed promptly. Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service efficiency. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe and compliant working environment. Qualifications Experience in equipment maintenance and repair, preferably in a similar industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or associate degree in a related field is a plus.
