Late Night Club/Restaurant Manager

DESCRIPTION Village Tavern is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager and Late Night Club Manager Job Duties: LATE NIGHT
- Friday and Saturday nights are vibrant Club atmosphere with dance floor and DJs
- You would be responsible for late night operations, overseeing the Doormen Team, Bartenders.
- Balancing the cash drawers at the end of the night
- Inspects dining room, and storage areas to ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
- Supervises cleaning of the Bars
- Assure bartenders and servers are following steps of service
- assist in expo/running food/hosting if necessary
- balance cash drawers at end of shift

- 1-2 years minimum experience as RM and Working in a Club atmosphere

- Previous high volume experience preferred
