Client Service Representative, $55-65k

Position Overview:

They are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Representative to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing top-notch support and guidance on a range of financial products and services. Your primary goal will be to enhance client satisfaction while building strong, lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, addressing questions about accounts, products, and services.

* Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding financial transactions, account statuses, and policy details.

* Assist clients in resolving issues, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.

* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively and efficiently.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our financial products and services to provide informed recommendations to clients.

* Assist with onboarding new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our services.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field preferred.

* 1-2 years of experience in customer service or client support, preferably in a financial services environment.

* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
