We're expanding our life insurance sales team and looking for motivated individuals interested in developing their sales skills and building a career in financial services.

Whether you have previous sales experience or are completely new to the industry, we're looking for coachable, hardworking people who are serious about professional growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping clients understand their life insurance needs and coverage options.
• Working alongside an in-office sales team.
• Participating in hands-on sales training and mentorship.
• Managing client conversations, appointments, and follow-ups.
• Developing prospecting, communication, and closing skills.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Consistency, reliability, and self-motivation.
• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
• An active life insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
• Ability to work in person at our Philadelphia-area office.

Compensation and Requirements

This is a commission-based opportunity with earnings dependent on individual sales performance. Compensation terms, any required expenses, and applicable chargeback provisions will be disclosed before contracting. No specific income is guaranteed.
