What You Will Do This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated physician to join a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network. Join an established team of physicians and nurse practitioner support Call structure: 1 week once every 3 weeks (averaging 1-2 phone calls per night) Practice setting: Inpatient / Outpatient mix Access to Athena (clinic) and Sunrise Clinical Manager (inpatient) EMR, 10 exam rooms, specialized subspecialty clinics (pre-diabetes, metabolic bone, and lipid), and robust triage nurse support Employed position within a nonprofit health system Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Endocrinology Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration Provide high-quality endocrine care across outpatient, inpatient, and new patient populations, including conducting hospital consultations and assisting with specialized pre-diabetes, lipid, or metabolic bone clinics. Collaborate with and provide clinical oversight to an experienced support team, including nurse practitioners and triage nurses, while having the flexibility to expand and explore personal pediatric endocrinology clinical interests. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
