Project Coordinator, Architect--Mixed Use & Multi-Family Studio - Dallas TX (85k-100k)

A Dallas architecture and design studio is seeking a Project Coordinator Architect for mixed-use and multifamily projects. This role is ideal for an architect or experienced designer who wants more responsibility across documentation, permitting, consultant coordination, and construction administration.

What You'll Do

·       Coordinate mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, and urban development projects.

·       Support design, entitlement, permitting, construction documents, and CA.

·       Prepare and coordinate drawings, details, consultant documents, and project deliverables.

·       Track deadlines, coordination items, redlines, and project communication.

·       Work with project leaders, developers, consultants, and municipal reviewers.

·       Help maintain drawing quality, project organization, and documentation accuracy.

What We're Looking For

·       6-8 years of architecture experience preferred.

·       Professional degree in Architecture preferred.

·       Licensure or active path to licensure preferred.

·       Mixed-use, multifamily, commercial, or urban development experience preferred.

·       Experience with CDs, permitting, consultant coordination, and CA preferred.

·       Strong Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software skills preferred.

·       Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.
