As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Bridge 2 Success Group Home, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of individuals in both clinic and residential settings. This position is available for both full-time and part-time schedules, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle. Compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a difference every day by:

• Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments and transcribing physician orders.
• Administering medications and monitoring vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
• Managing clinical emergencies and coordinating secondary medical care as needed.
• Training direct care staff on essential health protocols, including medication administration, infection control, and overall health and safety practices.
• Providing health education to individuals and their families to promote wellness and understanding.

We’re seeking candidates who bring both expertise and compassion to their work. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• An active NC Registered Nurse (RN) License.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• At least 1 year of experience in psychiatric, IDD (Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities), or community health nursing.
• A commitment to providing high-quality care and supporting the well-being of others.
