ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Ive been a State Farm agent for 18 years, and before that I spent time in a corporate leadership role with State Farm experience that shaped how I lead and support others today. What truly sets our agency apart is how customer-focused we are. We take pride in doing whats right for people, providing excellent service, and building real relationships in the community.

Our team is small but mighty, with three full-time team members who work together in a friendly, supportive environment. Im also very invested in helping my team succeed, not just professionally, but personally too because when people feel supported, they do their best work.

Outside of the office, Im a proud University of Akron graduate with a B.S. in Business, and Ive earned both the Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) designations through The American College. I spend my time outside of work with my family, training for cycling races, and staying involved through my church and a local Annapolis-area Christian school.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jim Brown - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
