ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative with the Dovie E. Metzger Insurance Agency, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.
We are looking for someone with prior personal customer service and/or sales experience that we can assist in training and licensing. Our agency is looking for customer-focused and empathetic team member. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bilingual - Spanish/English require.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
