About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for People and Culture Technology and Enablement. This role is pivotal in leading a team that is dedicated to the strategic development, governance, and continuous improvement of people and culture technology, operations, and enablement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving organizational effectiveness, workforce insights, and employee experience through the implementation of scalable and secure solutions. Key responsibilities include leading the enterprise P&C technology roadmap, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements, and driving operational excellence through process redesign and automation. The role also involves close partnership with P&C leadership, technology teams, and external vendors to modernize P&C capabilities and enhance the function's role as a strategic business partner. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' of progressive experience in HR, HR technology, HR operations, or related functions. A minimum of 5 years' of leadership experience is required, along with a proven track record in leading HRIS, workforce analytics, process improvement, automation, or digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, be results-driven, and have a strong focus on employee experience. Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry is also preferred. The role demands a leader who is adept at managing complexity, cultivating innovation, and is a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills.
