Led by Dr. Jan Linhart and Dr. Zachary Linhart, the practice is dedicated to offering comprehensive dental care with a patient-centered approach. We have a second location in Greenwich, CT and are expanding our footprint to the Westchester and Southern CT area. Role Description Welcome to Linhart Dentistry! Established by Dr. Jan Linhart over 45 years ago in the iconic Helmsley Building in NYC, we now have two spectacular fee-for-service locations with more in the works, led by Dr. Zachary Linhart. Many of our employees have been with the practice for decades and we look forward to adding you to our wonderful team! We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO). This leader would work directly with both Dr. Zachary and Jan Linhart and would coordinate, create systems, and help run the offices. As COO, you will be focused on profitability and P&L oversight, leadership development and HR, operational systems & efficiency, driving practice growth initiatives, tracking and analyze KPI's, vendor & contract negotiations, and working closely with the owners & execute our vision for growth/expansion/staffing/budgets, and more. You must be comfortable commuting to all of these locations. Role Includes Overseeing daily schedule with 7+ doctors and 8+ hygienists, as well as 30+ other staff members across 2-3 offices Develop and implement operational policies and procedures including SOPs Lead the admin staff on presenting and closing treatment plans, collecting AR, and coordinating the schedules Work directly under Dr. Linhart to administer all staff positions Monitor performance with key metrics and prepare reports Achieve practice goals Pay all bills for office, including QuickBooks Payroll for all staff, deal with other HR issues such as 401k, insurance, etc Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication to Linhart Dentistry We can't wait to welcome you to our wonderful Linhart Dentistry team! #J-18808-Ljbffr Linhart Dentistry
