Lead Technician

Role Description The Lead Technician is a full-time, on-site position based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This role oversees and performs day-to-day disaster restoration activities, including assessing property damage, coordinating cleanup, and executing restoration tasks for residential and commercial clients. The Lead Technician guides field crews, ensures proper use of tools and equipment, and maintains safety and compliance with industry standards and company procedures. Responsibilities include documenting job progress, communicating with customers and project managers, maintaining job site cleanliness, and supporting timely project completion. The role may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in response to emergency calls. Qualifications Strong technical skills in disaster restoration, including fire, water, and mold remediation, with the ability to lead on-site work. Experience supervising field crews, delegating tasks, and training team members in safe and effective restoration practices. Ability to assess damage, interpret work orders and scopes, and use restoration tools and equipment efficiently. Solid documentation and reporting skills, including taking job photos, recording measurements, and maintaining accurate project records. Effective customer service and communication skills to explain processes, set expectations, and represent the company professionally on-site. Working knowledge of safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and proper handling of hazardous materials in restoration environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel throughout the Denver Metropolitan Area for job assignments. Physical ability to perform labor-intensive tasks, including lifting, standing, and working in varying environmental conditions. Relevant certifications in restoration or construction (e.g., IICRC) are preferred but not required. Previous experience in restoration, construction, facilities maintenance, or a related trade is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr
